When we look at how words are coined or formed we tend to have an idea of their meaning and sometimes we just put the words together and try to get at what we have in mind. For example, a man who takes a lot of alcohol is said to be an alcoholic. Similarly, one who loves work is a workaholic. It follows then that he who loves sleep is a “ sleepaholic” [ a word not in the dictionary ]
Probverbs 6:6-11
6: Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise!
7: It has no commander, no overseer or ruler,
8: yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.
9: How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep?
10: A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest
11: and poverty will come on you like a thief and scarcity like an armed man.

Proverbs 6:6-11, refers the sleepaholic to the ant though they have nothing in common.
The tiny ant has more sense than one who sleeps away his or her life. Simply put it this way, the ant is wiser than the “sleepaholic.” Successful people are disciplined with habits including sleeping habit.
Sleep is good , quite refreshing and as matter of fact, you cannot have a balanced productive balanced life or productive day if you don't sleep well. Our concern is a little more “ the extra sleep” or “ the extra slumber.” A little more than is the required will bring a problem!
There are different categories of people and different degrees of sleep. Some people sleep so heavily that it will take the breaking down of wall to jerk them to consciousness. These are “ heavy sleepers. ” Some people sleep so deeply , so heavily, so soundly that they snore, whereas there are some
“ light sleepers ” that just a crack will get them up. Whichever, category you belong to - whatch this! While men slept, the enemy planted tares. While men slept, the enemy had enough time to do and undo.
With oversleeping comes laziness and poverty [ verse 11], will pounce in like a bandit and finally scarcity will attack. They all will take their turn. When do you wake up? And when will you wake? Shake that off today. Take some good time to plan your life and address that area of laxity in your life. Do not be caught off guard. Have nice time.
